Summary

Our cohort-style program with weekend classes is designed for the working professional focusing on efforts to increase an organization’s effectiveness, performance and cultural health. This three year accelerated program provides the critical-thinking skills and abilities to create high-performance organizations, drive change, mobilize a workforce and emphasize social responsibility. Each cohort continues the tradition of excellence in scholar-practitioner and research focused OD education at Benedictine. The program is designed for those who have graduated from a related master’s degree program. Students, both U.S. and International, tend to be OD practitioners working in a variety of industries and backgrounds as established professionals with a strong background in Healthcare management, Human Resources management, OD in an Education community, OD in a Corporate environment as well as Management consulting.
