Drawing on extensive research, the Educational Administration program instills best practices in teaching and learning, organizational development, and principled leadership. Savvy administrators who take a people-centric approach to creating positive, collaborative educational environments, our graduates are in demand, extending a legacy of educational leadership throughout northeast Ohio. The Educational Administration program seeks students who want to be leaders in the field of education with the intention of becoming a school Principal or Superintendent. After the completion of a minimum of 30 credit hours of coursework, students are eligible to begin the coursework for eligibility as a school principal. The Superintendent licensure program can be completed in 16 months or 4 consecutive semesters.
