The MS in Industrial Engineering consists of 10 graduate courses (30 credits). It can be completed in as few as 15-18 months studying part-time. You will take 9 credits of core courses in topics ranging from Advanced Engineering Statistics, Production, and Inventory Modeling with an additional 3 credits in a core concentration, and 12-15 credits of approved electives. For the remaining credits, there are two options: Non-Thesis Option IE680 (3 cr) for a 30-credit program total or the Thesis Option IE-698-699 (6 cr) for a 30-credit program total.

Who We're Looking For

Summary

Successful completion of a baccalaureate degree from an accredited institution of higher education in engineering science. An undergraduate GPA of 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale) is required for admission. Candidates with an undergraduate GPA between 2.7 and 2.99 will be considered for conditional admittance.
